Our History & Mission
Founded in 2021, our founders, Celeste Ross and Marilyn Ross, are continuing the legacy of the late Fred Donald Christian Ross Sr. and Fred Donald Christian Ross Jr. at FDCR.
These powerful men embodied the spirit of servitude, and we aim to carry on their legacy.
FDCR Housing is a not-for-profit charitable organization that functions as a real estate development company, aiming to provide quality housing to less fortunate families throughout the Tri-State area of New York.
Our Impact
Our team was able to provide a three-story home in the Bronx, New York, to a mother and her children in need in November 2024.

Our Programs
FDCR also provides services to educate individuals about financial literacy, support mental health, promote college and career readiness, and supply food to those in need.
We were able to supply the Bronx community with fresh groceries, toiletries, and tech supplies last November.
