Our History & Mission
Founded in 2021, our founders, Dr. Celeste Ross and Marilyn Ross, are continuing the legacy of the late Fred Donald Christian Ross Sr. and Fred Donald Christian Ross Jr. at FDCR. These powerful men embodied the spirit of servitude, and we aim to carry on their legacy through our charitable foundation. FDCR Housing operates as a not-for-profit charitable organization that functions as a real estate development company, dedicated to providing quality housing to less fortunate families throughout the Tri-State area of New York.
Our Impact
In November 2024, our charitable foundation successfully provided a three-story home in the Bronx, New York, to a mother and her children in need, showcasing our commitment to real estate development that positively impacts lives.

Our Programs
FDCR, a charitable foundation, offers services to educate individuals about financial literacy, support mental health, promote college and career readiness, and supply food to those in need. Through its initiatives, the foundation has been able to supply the Bronx community with fresh groceries, toiletries, and tech supplies last November, showcasing its commitment to the community and the role of real estate development in enhancing local resources.
